〜Web制作現場のBacklog活用を学ぼう！〜」に参加してきました。JBUG（Japan Backlog User Group）は、プロジェクト管理ツール「Backlog」を使う人たちが、現場でのリアルな活用法や悩みを持ち寄って共有するユーザーコミュニティです。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>当日は、当社ディレクターの待島を含む複数のゲストによる登壇に加え、Backlogの開発元であるヌーラボのスポンサーセッション、開発者を交えた質疑応答が行われ、盛りだくさんの一日となりました。今回はそこで得た学びと、自分の仕事に取り入れたいと思ったことを中心にお伝えいたします。\u003Cbr>\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u003Cstrong>課題設計の3原則 ── タイトルは動詞で終わらせる\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>まず印象に残ったのが、課題のつくり方の話です。Backlogでは、やるべき作業の一つひとつを「課題」と呼び、各作業を登録して進めていきます。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>今回紹介されていたのは「誰が・いつまでに・何をする」を必ずセットにする、というシンプルなルールです。担当者と期限日を入れるのは基本として、ポイントは3つ目の「何をする」でした。課題のタイトルを動詞で終わらせる、というものです。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>たとえば「議事録」ではなく「議事録を確認する」、「デザイン案」ではなく「デザイン案を作成する」。動詞で終わらせるだけで、その課題は誰が何をすれば完了なのかがはっきりします。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>タスクは放っておくと、途中なのか終わったのかが曖昧になりがちです。動詞にしておけば「確認したら完了」とゴールが決まるので、曖昧になりやすいタスクに明確な終わりをつくることができます。すると、いま何が終わっていて何が残っているのかが把握しやすくなり、「あれ、これってどうなってましたっけ？」という無駄な確認も減らせます。タイトルひとつで、ここまでスムーズに進められるのか、と気づかされました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cfigure ──記録を残すまでの手間を肩代わり\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>次に「AIをウェブディレクションにどう活かすか」という視点のお話です。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>AIが得意なのは「言葉になりきらない考えを形にすること」と「大量の情報を整理整頓すること」。一方で、より良いものを見極めて判断したり、必要な整形ルールをつくったりするのは人間の役割。この線引きを前提に、いくつもの実践が紹介されました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u003Cstrong>議事録からタスク登録を半自動化する\u003C/strong>\u003C/h3>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>打ち合わせを録音し、AIツールに読み込ませると、議事録（打ち合わせの記録）と、やるべきタスクの一覧が自動でつくられます。それをBacklogに取り込める形（CSVという表形式のファイル）に整えれば、タスクをまとめて一括登録できる。担当者の割り振りまで自動でやってくれます。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>打ち合わせ中にメモを取る負担から解放されること。お客様の目線や仕草といった「言葉にならない部分」に集中できます。タスク登録の自動化が、実は対話の質まで上げている、そんな因果が腑に落ちました。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u003Cstrong>AIをうまく使う、3つのコツ\u003C/strong>\u003C/h3>\n\n\n\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>わからないを伝える ──「なんか違う気がする」「何が良いかわからない」と、そのまま伝える\u003C/li>\n\n\n\n\u003Cli>伝え方をAIに聞く ──「どう質問すれば伝わる？」とAI自身に聞いてしまう\u003C/li>\n\n\n\n\u003Cli>キャッチボールで深める ── 一発で完成させようとせず、何度かやり取りしながら精度を上げる\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u003Cstrong>BacklogとAI ── 貯める場所があるから活きる\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>AIで作業が効率化されても、変わらないことがあります。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>思考は不要にならない ── 最終的に判断するのは人間。AIが書いた議事録に、お客様が本当に言いたかったことが入っているか。表情やその場の空気は、人間にしか読めない\u003C/li>\n\n\n\n\u003Cli>一人で完結しないプロジェクト ── 一人でこなせる量には限りがある。誰かに渡すには正しく伝える必要があり、決定事項・記録・素材を受け渡せる場所がいる\u003C/li>\n\n\n\n\u003Cli>記憶力より、思い出せるかどうか ── どんなに情報をまとめても、保存していつでも見返せる場所がなければ意味がない\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>だからこそ「貯めるところは、Backlog」。AIで生まれた成果も、やり取りも、その根拠も、貯めて見返せる場所があってはじめて活きる。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cfigure class=\"wp-block-image AIアシスタント」が紹介されました。プロジェクトの会話は、つい「あれ、どうなってる？」という確認が中心になりがち。そこで役立つのがこの機能です。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Cp>一般的なAIにはセキュリティリスクのある情報などは渡せませんが、Backlog AIアシスタントはBacklogに溜まった情報を直接見て答えてくれます。「自分が担当しているプロジェクトの状況をまとめて」と日本語で話しかけるだけで、期限切れや今週やるべきことを整理し、注意点まで教えてくれる。AIがツールの中で完結するので、情報を外に出さずに使える安心感もあります。\u003C/p>\n\n\n\n\u003Ch2
